Time is running out to see the LACB this year. We have two concerts left!!! We will be at Greencroft on September 9th and at Grace Village on September 20th. Also, check back frequently for details on a fundraising concert to support the Goshen High School Band program that is being scheduled now.

Additionally, we would like to congratulate our director, Martin Becker, on his recent induction into the Hall of Fame for the Indiana chapter of Phi Beta Mu, the International Band Masters' Fraternity.

We are currently looking for new members to join our group. If you have had any thoughts about getting your instrument out, please come and join us!! All instrumentation is needed! Please email us if you are interested.

This website is dedicated to the Lake Area Community Band. We are a concert band that is based out of Syracuse, Indiana. We perform several concerts a year throughout the region. The group performs traditional concert band music including marches by Sousa and Karl King, among others. We also perform many fan favorite medleys and jazz standards.

We are open to all ages and all skill levels. Rehearsals are Monday nights in the Wawasee Middle School between 7pm-9pm. The band season generally runs from late spring to early fall.
